4.7 Lifting mechanism of delivery pile

The lifting of the delivery pile is driven by the delivery motor and a deceleration mechanism. The inertia increases continuously as the take-up pile lands, and the inertia decreases continuously as it rises. The greater the inertia, the more unstable it is, so the landing process of the delivery pile must be strictly controlled. Every time it lands, it is the same, so as to ensure that the paper is delivered neatly. Therefore, a friction brake device is generally added behind the reduction gear to eliminate each inertial impact.
