1, design, typesetting

Design and layout is the first step in business card printing. If the print is positive, the thickness of sulfate paper or film will affect the printing accuracy when printing, resulting in unclear text edges; when vertical printing, it is better to use software's automatic imposition function to put the contents of three business cards. Spell to a PS version (a version of three prints), this will not only save the PS version, reduce costs, but also will be very convenient when the color; you must master the good time, the general use of sulfuric acid paper or laser film (wool) drying The time of the printing plate is about 3-4 minutes, and the printing time of the use of the electro-divided film is 1-1.5 minutes, and the concentration of the developer is also required to be mastered. Under the premise that the developer is moderate, if the text on the PS plate after development is not clear and lacks strokes, it indicates that the printing time is too long. Rinse the front and back faces of the developed PS plate with clean water. Use a hole punch to punch the holes at both ends of the PS plate. Put the well-polished PS plate in clean water.
