The usual method is to first print out the printing plate according to the conventional method, and then use the revision paste (or revision solution) to remove the excess graphics after development. However, due to the fact that some printing plates are in the form of joint editions, especially the full-page or full-text editions, it is often the case that the useful part of the layout is eroded by the potion when using the revision paste (or revision solution) for revision. , Affect the quality of the printing plate, and it is easy to cause waste products in serious cases. If the useless parts cannot be trimmed or not completely repaired, it will bring certain difficulties to the printing process. For example: when printing, there are dirty plates at the trailing edge of the printed product, resulting in printing plate ink, rubber pile ink, etc., affecting The quality of the printed matter.
Aiming at the practical difficulties in daily work, we "think" a "smart revision" method.
1. According to the requirements of the printing party or the printing process, the printing plate is exposed for the first time in accordance with the specified size (requirement of mouth and rules). This operation must be strictly standardized according to the printing operation.
2. At the same time as the second exposure of the printing plate, we cut the film red film according to the required size, and the area of ​​the red film cut out should be slightly larger than the area of ​​the required part of the printing plate. A straight line without burrs on the red membrane. Pay attention to check whether the red film used has light leakage points, if it is, it can not be used.
3. When the first exposure is completed, remove the original film, cover the red film film prepared in advance to the required part (useful part) of the printing plate, and align the flush edge of the red film film to the rules on the printing plate (if the original film No rules, you need to design the rules according to the size requirements before the first exposure) and glue the two sides with adhesive paper (to prevent the red film covering the printing plate from moving), and then put it in the printing machine for extraction Vacuum exposure, you must pay attention to the red film movement and whether there are "white edges" before exposure.
