The Announcement No. 2 of the Import and Export Management Office of the Endangered Species of the People's Republic of China No. 2 of 2013 shows that the 16th Conference of the States Parties to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) adopted Dalbergia chinensis, Diphong Dalbergia, and China Dalbergia and Belize Dalbergia are listed in the amendments to Appendix II and will enter into force on June 12, 2013.
Since June 12, 2013, the import, export or re-export of CITES-controlled specimens of the above species is subject to the CITES Permit Import and Export Certificate.
