Meccanoplastica's 1500 G Grinding Machine

Meccanoplastica's 1500 G grinder can be used for PET bottle recycling. The apparatus consists of two sets of grinders: the first grinder is a water mill, which simultaneously grinds and cleans the material; the other grinder is dry-milled and the resulting dry sheet blank is used to produce polyester fibers. In addition, the company introduced a 31/120 AT grinder equipped with a 18.5 KW main motor to ensure an output of 500 kg per hour. It is particularly suitable for the production of a 0.5 mm thick, 5,000 mm wide jacket, requiring the online recycling of two 400 mm cuts.
