6.2.1.1.1 Initial inspection
Test the sample in an indoor environment with an ambient temperature of 25 ° C ± 5 ° C and a relative humidity of 55% ± 5% RH, check the appearance and structure, and pass the current with rated voltage and rated frequency, refer to EN13201-3 and EN13201- 4 method or similar national and industry standards to measure the average illuminance of the LED lamps, and then in the dark room, project the light emitted by the LED luminaires on the wall 2.0m away from the street lamp and other body plane to measure the illuminance distribution of the street lamps The device measures all included angles of the long and wide sides of the rectangle and the length, width and area of the rectangle, measures the illuminance distribution of the street lamp, and records the values of each included angle, all side lengths, and overall area.
6.2.1.1.2 Conditional test
a) Put the test sample at room temperature into the test box without packaging and power on, and then adjust the temperature of the test box to the specified (40 ± 3) ℃.
b) Bring the temperature of the test chamber to the specified test temperature.
C) At this temperature, the test sample is energized for 96 hours at the rated voltage and rated frequency, and the duration should start from the time when the temperature reaches stability.
d) Cut off the power supply of the test box, remove the test sample from the box and restore it for 2 hours at room temperature.
6.2.1.1.3 Final inspection
Test the sample in an indoor environment with an ambient temperature of 25 ° C ± 5 ° C and a relative humidity of 55% ± 5% RH, check the appearance and structure, and then pass the current with the rated voltage and rated frequency, the same as 6.2.1.1 Measure the average illuminance and illuminance distribution of LED lamps under measurement conditions.
6.2.1.1.4 Judgment of test results
By visual inspection, the appearance and structure of the LED lamps should have no obvious changes before and after the test, and the average illuminance of the final inspection should not be less than 95% of the average illuminance of the initial inspection. The rectangular area of the illuminance distribution diagram and the initial inspection The deviation does not exceed 10%, the deviation of the length or width of any side of the rectangle from the initial detection does not exceed 5%, and the angle between the length and width of the rectangle does not exceed 5 degrees from the initial detection.
