Apple gum into health food

Japanese researchers recently developed a process for producing health food using the remainder of apple juice as a raw material. The apple fiber paste produced by honey was added to the processed residue to make full use of the remainder of the pectin juice.
This health food mainly contains particulate matter called apple pectin D, and the content of pectin per tablet (10 mg) is equivalent to the pectin content of 6 to 7 apples. The researchers found that apple contains a large amount of pectin, which has a significant inhibitory effect on reactive oxygen species that can cause cancer and other diseases. The product is produced by drying the dried juice from apple juice, boiling it, and extracting it with high concentration of pectin juice.
