Second, the diameter of the printing roller must be within the range that can be printed by the printer. Moreover, according to the different performances of different printing machines, different roller diameter ranges are selected. Under normal circumstances, the diameter of the printing roller is controlled as much as 160-. 200 is relatively easy to print, the roller diameter is too large, easy to cause low-speed dry version, high-speed rejection of ink and other phenomena, the version size is too small, it will result in low printing efficiency.
Third, the design of the Mark Line and the test line must meet the requirements for printing, slitting, and bag making. The size, form, and location of the cord must meet the requirements of later production. For example, a printing machine with horizontal overprint should generally be designed. In order to be trapezoidal, this will not only benefit verticality, but also facilitate the need for horizontal overprinting. For a printing machine that only requires overprinting, it can be simply designed as a linear shape. In addition, the size of the Mack line should be determined according to the specific printing size and the specific conditions of each printing factory. Fourthly, the very important point in the layout design is that it must be conducive to the post-processing production, that is to say, it should not only consider the appearance of beauty and vividness, but also bring a lot of trouble to the printing, slitting and bagging processes. First, the color of the detection line or pattern must be recognized by the electric eye in order to cut and bag.
