BOBST launches new Polyjoiner

Polyjoiner is a multi-function component located in the feeder section of the magazine. With Polyjoiner, the latest cartons can be produced, and cartons of various shapes and styles can be designed on their own.

The Polyjoiner is 3.5 meters long and has two main functions: splicing and assembling parts of the carton. Its splicing function can splicing two carton boxes into a larger carton. However, the primary condition is that the squeezing machine is large enough to fold the processed carton splicing. With Polyjoiner, there is no need to invest in printing and die-cutting equipment for the production of large-size paperboards, thus saving a lot of equipment investment costs. Polyjoiner will be a good helper for high-demand carton manufacturers who produce "decorative printing" and large-size, need direct printing, preprinting or microwatt printing.

The combination function can be applied to the production of a two-part carton display rack, such as a clean carton, multi-ply carton or other new carton that will be designed and developed. Polyjoiner has a good performance in the actual production, the production of the carton structure is complex but economical.
