Introduction of BF-116 Transfer Digital Printing Process

(1) BF-116 composition: Preparation of BF-116AN preparation with methylol acrylamide and polymerization inhibitor, and preparation of BF-116BN preparation with polyethylene glycol (about 788 in relative molecular weight).

(2) Disperse dyes for silk transfer printing: Screening, CI, Disperse Yellow 54, 64, and Samaron Yellow 5RL; CI Disperse Orange 3, 8 and Duranol FastOrange G, etc.; CI Disperse Red 60, etc.; CI Disperse Violet, etc.; CI Disperse blue 19, 26 and so on.

(3) Transfer printing process: dipping BF-116 reaction solution → drying → transfer printing → whitening → washing.

1 Reaction liquid composition: BF-116AN20%, BF-116BN20%, water 60, adjust pH to 7~7.5. A variety of impregnation methods can be used to achieve the degree of fabric impregnation, fabric with liquid rate should be 100%.

2 Drying: controlled below 100C to prevent premature cross-linking of methylol acrylamide.

3 transfer printing: temperature around 170 °C, flat intermittent transfer printing time is 45 ~ 60s, hot roller transfer printing time is 20s.

4 Whitening: Only applicable to the further improvement of the brightness and whiteness of silk after transfer printing.

5 washing: rinse with cold water several times.

In addition to fabrics, the above-mentioned transfer printing can also print partial prints of clothing, headscarves, long towels, handkerchiefs, and ties.
