Foam plastic packaging

Compressed air plastic film (foam packaging) is a packaging material made of two polyester films that are sealed together and filled with air bubbles between them. This process allows the compressed air to provide a cushion to prevent shocks.

Advantages of using compressed air

Compressed air provides good cushioning for lighter items. It can be cut so that it can be packaged in any shape or size. It should not be used to package larger products. When using compressed air plastic film, use a multilayer plastic film to ensure that the entire product is protected, including edges and edges.

Use compressed air plastic film

Pack each item individually and place it in a sufficiently strong box. Fragile items require proper isolation between each other and the corners, sides, top and bottom of the package. Each item should be wrapped outside with a plastic film of compressed air at least two inches (5.08 cm) thick and placed at least two inches (5.08 cm) from the side of the package. This prevents damage caused by collisions between products and protects the objects from shocks and vibrations that may be transmitted to the objects from outside the package. Use enough plastic film to ensure that the item will not move when you shake the box.
