High quality PET bottle recycling system

Krones of Germany has successfully developed a high-quality PET bottle recycling system. Its annual processing volume can reach 15,000 tons of PET beverage bottles. The processed PET material can be directly used to make other PET containers, which is beneficial for reducing production costs and environmental protection.
Chemical coating removal technology. The unique feature of URRC's waste recycling technology is that caustic soda is used as a chemical coating remover to remove the surface of the PET bottle so that contaminants adhering to it can be removed, so that recycling of any kind of PET bottle can be handled. In general, the technology can handle non-recyclable bottles, reusable bottles that are no longer used, and beverage bottle types that fall somewhere in between.
The characteristics of the recycling process. The recycled products processed by URRC technology can not only be mixed directly to make preforms, but also have low acetaldehyde and yellow pigment content in recycled products, and can meet the requirements of purity and quality, especially for the food and beverage industry. In addition, its cost is 20% to 30% lower than the general new material, which means that today's PET raw materials can also be recycled.
