From the production point of view, analyze the main reasons: one is the improper selection of materials and the impact of the plywood used on the product quality. Therefore, in the selection of raw materials, plywood materials that meet the requirements of the standard should be selected. The blanking dimensions should be strictly controlled within the required tolerances, and quality monitoring should be conducted. The thickness of plywood and board should be determined according to the maximum weight of the contents of the drum. The second problem is that there is a problem with the production equipment of the barrel. During the production process of the barrel, the connection between the barrel body and the bottom of the barrel is mainly determined by the back cover forming process. Therefore, the equipment running condition of the formed back cover will affect the overall quality of the paper barrel. The operation of the equipment should be frequent. West Germany standard DIN6417 "packaging materials, fiberboard lid bucket, resistant to the Fenghua steel bottom and cover", its content is based on specifications, size and raw material requirements, but the Soviet Union POCP13479 standard also has the performance requirements of the use of paper barrels, However, due to the small size of the product in the standard, the strength regulations are small, the drop height is only 200 mm, and the maximum compressive strength is only 1570N. Only the British Standard BS1596 "Technical Specification for Fiberboard Drums for Overseas Freight" has more similar structure and capacity to our country's products. Therefore, the formulation of China's standards mainly refers to BS1596 British Standard.
According to experts, today's equipment and technology for the manufacture of fiberboard barrels in the United Kingdom are relatively advanced, and the product quality is also relatively good. In order to make the standard level both advanced and reasonable. In line with China's national conditions and meet the requirements of various aspects, the paper barrel load quality is properly graded in our country's standards. The national standard one-level paper barrel is basically the same as the British standard BS1596, indicating the standards and quality of the implementation of the paper barrel in China. The inspection features have basically reached the standard level of international drums. In the national standard of the packaging container drum, the most representative feature of the production quality of China's paper drum is the verification of stacking performance and drop performance, and the selection of the stacking load capacity is 4900N, equivalent to the British BS1596 indicator. The quality performance of the drums is checked in the same way; the drum samples are placed on the stacking floor, the load plate is placed at the center of the top surface of the sample, and then the weight is placed on the load plate without causing damage. The error between the total weight and the specified value of the uniform and load plate contact weight and load plate should be controlled within ±2%, the stacking load is 4900N, no leakage, no breakage in 24 hours, permanent deformation should not affect the paper Stacking capacity of the barrel.
The stacking test is carried out by simulating the stacking and transport stowage requirements of the drum package in the actual storage process. There are 3 stacking samples, and the stacking height is 3 meters. Another quality inspection feature of the drum is the drop performance test. The height and method of dropping are all in accordance with British BS1596 regulations. First, the barrel sample is subjected to temperature and humidity pretreatment at a temperature of 20±2°C and a humidity of 65±5%. The time is 48 hours. The barrel should be filled with dry sand and sawdust mixture to reach the specified maximum acceptable volume of 95% of the volume, and closed. The temperature and humidity of the mixture is consistent with the pretreatment conditions of the sample. The drop test requires that the number of tests is six, and the drop height is 0.8 meters. The sample after the pretreatment is lifted to a predetermined height with the test equipment, and the shedding device is started after stabilization. The sample is allowed to make a free-fall motion instantaneously. Each sample is dropped once. When dropping, first, make any point on the bottom of each bucket collide with the ground, and then make the outside of the top of each bucket and the handle of the sealer handle Ground collision, after the test, check whether the bottom of the bucket and the lid are peeled off, and whether there is any leakage inside the packaging.
