(1) manual stretch net method
The manual stretcher is a simple and traditional method. Usually suitable for wooden frames. This method is to fix the screen to the wooden frame by artificially using nails, wood strips, adhesives and the like. The tension of the manual stretch net can generally meet the requirements, but the tension is not uniform, the operation is troublesome and time consuming, and the quality of the stretch net is not easy to guarantee. This method is often used in applications where the printing accuracy and printing accuracy are not high.
(2) Mechanical stretching method
The mechanical stretcher uses mechanical force to tighten the screen and firmly bond it to the frame with adhesive. After the adhesive is dried, the frame is removed, and the polyester film is sealed with a single-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. Prevents the adhesive from dissolving and makes the screen printing plate look neat. Mechanical meshes can be used for mesh frames of various materials. The mechanical stretch net has the characteristics of uniform tension, short stretch time, etc. It is easy to grasp the required tension and is suitable for plate making with high precision requirements.
(3) Pneumatic stretch net method
Each cylinder gas path of the pneumatic stretching method is in communication with each other and is connected to the same compressed air gas source through a pneumatic controller. When the net is stretched, the net clamps respectively clamp the periphery of the screen, open the air valve, and each cylinder is started in the same direction with the same pressure, so that the net clamps are stretched outwardly to obtain a uniform pulling force. .
