The steps to check for air leakage are as follows: first of all, it is necessary to determine whether the ink tank is partially leaked or the negative pressure device in the electrical cabinet is leaking. Method: Clamp the main air circuit and observe whether the negative pressure air pump is still working repeatedly. If it is normal, the ink tank is leaking, otherwise, the negative pressure device is leaking. Then specifically determine the air leakage for the ink cart or negative pressure device.
If the print head is in ink, the negative pressure is too small, the negative pressure display is different from the real pressure, and the valve body of the sub-cartridge is leaking. If the negative pressure is too small, you can adjust the negative pressure appropriately, and then observe the ink situation; if the negative pressure gauge itself has problems, you can unplug the negative pressure gauge air circuit to see if the displayed value is 0, if it is not 0, you can adjust the negative pressure The meter performs the zeroing work; if there is air leakage from the sub-cartridge valve body, you can check the spool, each air ink circuit connector, cleaning fluid nozzle cap, and ink tube etc. in sequence.
Ink sucking backwards, first observe how the sucking occurs: the ink cart does not move, and it stays for a certain period of time. A certain color sucks back, usually due to the ink supply board or the main board; the positive pressure time is too long, causing sucking back, which can be shorten Positive pressure time; the wrong connection of the liquid level sensor leads to reverse suction, just correct the wiring; reverse suction during printing, usually caused by air leakage, check the air leakage and strengthen the air tightness. Treatment method for reverse suction: First, shut down and let the ink car stop on the left. Secondly, remove the waste liquid from the waste liquid box. Third, it will absorb most of the ink in the sub-cartridge and cause the liquid level to drop. Finally, replace the air pipe into the ink.
