Performance characteristics and main uses of portable human vibrometers

Portable human body vibrometer / model: DP-ZDJ-1

I. Overview

Various land, water and air transport vehicles, as well as mechanical equipment for industrial and agricultural use (including hand-held vibration tools), expose people to mechanical vibrations, which affect people's comfort; reduce work efficiency; Health and safety. The above-mentioned hazards have long been valued by experts and scholars at home and abroad, and a large number of scientific research work has been carried out. These research results are concentrated in the following three international standard documents.

ISO2631-1—1978 Guidelines for the evaluation of human body overall vibration exposure.

ISO/DIS 5349—1983 Guidelines for testing and evaluation of human hand contact vibrations.

ISO/DP8041—1982 Human body response vibration measuring instrument.

Based on the above three international standard documents, we have successfully developed the "ZDJ-1 Portable Human Vibration Meter".

Two main uses

1. Measured in a vehicle, in a building affected by vibration or in the vicinity of a moving machine, by supporting the surface of the body, ie by standing on the person's foot, the hip of the person sitting, or the support part of the lying person The vibration acceleration weight acting on the human body. It is used to evaluate the physical parameters of hygiene for the vibration of all kinds of vehicles, such as the smoothness of environmental pollution and environmental vibration.

2. Measure the vibration weight acceleration value transmitted to the operator's hand and arm by the vibration tool, vibrating machine or vibrating workpiece. It is used to evaluate the sanitary physical parameters of local vibrations such as wind picks, wind drills and chain saws used in industrial and mining areas.

3. Use the "linear" file to measure the acceleration value of the vibration.

4. Use the "external filter" file to access the various filters required by the user for frequency analysis.

5. For three-axis charge amplifier.

Three performance characteristics

1. All instruments use low-power operational amplifiers, saving power, stability and reliability.

2. It is powered by battery, small in size, light in weight and easy to carry, especially suitable for on-site and field measurement.

3. A multi-purpose machine provides users with convenience.

4. Quasi-three-axis measurement (like the Danish BK 2512).

Four main technical parameters

1. Measuring vibration type:

The whole body vibrates in the Z direction, the whole body vibrates in the XY direction, and the hand transmits vibration.

2. Input method:

Three-axis input or single-axis input.

3. Measurement range:

A piezoelectric accelerometer with a charge sensitivity range of 10PC/ms-2 to 100PC/ms-2 can be used to measure a vibration range of 0.01ms-2 to 100ms-2, and a range of 80ms to 160dB based on 1ms-2=120dB.

Generally, the charge sensitivity given by the vibration accelerometer verification certificate is PC/g. To convert to PC/ms-2, if the required measurement accuracy is not high, it can be divided by 10. If the requirement is more accurate, it can be divided by 9.8. can.

To change the measurement range, a piezoelectric accelerometer with appropriate charge sensitivity can be selected. For example, when using a piezoelectric accelerometer of 1PC/ms-2 to 10PC/ms-2, the vibration range can be measured from 0.1ms-2 to 1000ms-2; when using 0.1 PC/ms-2 to 1PC/ms- The piezoelectric accelerometer of 2 can measure the vibration range from 1ms-2 to 10000ms-2. Low frequency lower limit 0.3HZ, high frequency upper limit 10KHZ
