Can sports really fight aging? According to the British "Daily Mail" reported on April 17, the latest Canadian study shows that regular exercise can make people's skin younger than 40 years old. Even in later years, exercise can still help to delay skin aging.
Â
According to the report, scientists at McMaster University in Ontario, Canada, first used rats to perform experiments. By contrast, those mice that exercised regularly showed longer hair and brighter colors. Afterwards, the scientists found 29 volunteers aged between 20 and 84 years old, and let half of them exercise 3 hours a week, while the other half did not do any exercise. Three months later, scientists discovered that those who regularly exercised, even those over 65, had skin that looked like 20 to 40 years old.

According to scientists, although the experiment was only a partial study of the body's skin, more experiments are needed to verify the current conclusions, but the findings are still significant.
