The first step is to check whether there is water in the brine tank, if there is no water, add water;
The second step is to check whether the air compressor is running, turn on the air compressor button, and check whether the air compressor air link is correct;
The third step is to see if the nozzle is blocked. If it is blocked, the nozzle needs to be unclogged. If there is a crack on the nozzle, the nozzle needs to be replaced;
The fourth step is to check whether the spray switch of the salt spray test box is damaged. If it is damaged, please replace the switch to see if the pressure of the pressure regulating valve is turned on. It needs to be adjusted to the normal pressure value: 0.3-0.6mpa;
The fifth step is to check whether the spray solenoid valve is damaged. If there is intake air but no air outlet, remove the solenoid valve and clean the solenoid valve. If the coil is burned, the matching solenoid valve coil must be replaced, otherwise the entire solenoid valve needs to be replaced;
