TD-2200 true density analyzer
Principle Introduction
The TD-2200 true density analyzer uses the gas replacement method to pass a small molecular diameter inert gas through the sample compartment, uses Poma's law as a test software analysis model, and uses a high-precision sensor to measure the volume of gas excluded from the sample in the sample compartment. Thus the true density is calculated. The gas replacement method eliminates the possibility of the liquid method dissolving the sample, and has the advantage of not damaging the sample. (The test gas is generally high-purity helium, high-purity nitrogen can also be used, but make sure that the material being tested does not react with nitrogen)
