"Zero defect" SuperGluer folder-gluer

Roberts Polypro's SuperGluer folder-gluer incorporates some of the latest technologies for the high-speed production of straight-fold cartons. The machine incorporates a technology called "zero defect" that can process 200,000 cartons per hour. With this technology, the carton can be automatically cleaned when the machine is turned on and off, eliminating many of the existing carton defects. The British agent Key Capital Equipment explained that doing so eliminates the potential for unfilled or possibly unfilled cartons to reach the customer; in addition, when the program stops running, the thickness of the cover plate gradually decreases and pressure is applied. The mechanism works continuously to ensure that each tray is properly pressurized. This feature of the machine has helped the operator to start and terminate the system, improving the quality and consistency of the gluing cassette.

The SuperGluer folder-gluer uses vacuum conveyor technology. There is no point of contact between the conveyor belt and the runner, and there is no need to use the best conveyor belt, which greatly improves the safety performance of the machine. As the number of moving parts is reduced—about 80% less than the competing machines of its kind—thereby reducing machine maintenance, it also reduces downtime and saves time and money.

The newly added model is a special SuperGluer folder-gluer. This machine was developed for the high speed processing of fries cartons. On the basis of meeting strict and recognized standards, the processing capacity per hour can be as high as 220,000 cartons depending on the size of the blank. The standard model is also equipped with a Roberts Polypro pre-feeder, a very compact design.
