In addition, the phenomenon of color migration and void (ie, a phenomenon in which two patterns of different colors should be connected, but leaving a border blank) is also due to printing defects caused by static electricity. Static electricity is caused by the friction of the film during processing and extrusion. We know that atoms are composed of atomic nuclei and outer electrons. When two substances are rubbed, the strong electrons get electrons and they have negative charges. The weak electrons lose electrons and have positive charges. If one of the friction substances is a metal, since the electrons can flow freely in the metal, static electricity is not generated; if both are non-metal, one side of the friction is positive and the other side is negative. After the film is wound, it is tightly rolled together due to electrostatic attraction. Elimination of static electricity usually involves the incorporation of antistatic agents into the ink, which can increase the conductivity of the plastic surface after printing, allowing the charged plastic to discharge rapidly, thus preventing the accumulation of static electricity. However, the printing equipment must also be well grounded at the same time, otherwise the static electricity can not be exported, and can not reach the purpose of eliminating static electricity. 
