Fault 1: BBY45/8 disc pack machine shutdown failure

Fault analysis: When the cover is transported to the back-up platform, it can easily cause a malfunction of the cover detection photoelectric switch, resulting in frequent machine shutdowns. As long as it is downtime, at least 3 book's glue quality is affected. After shutting down, the glue layer can not be properly brushed onto the back of the book; or the rubber wheel is stopped, causing uneven glueing, and the booklet is scattered; or after the glue is dry, it is easy to drop the cover. Through the exchange of the two disc packs of the local computer memory, the inspection and analysis of the photoelectric switch, proximity switch, and the working condition of the valve, it is considered that the simplest method is to increase the force of the sealing wheel and make the cover convey. Speed ​​up. However, due to the shadow of the bridge over the cover, the adjustment effect is not good, there is no downtime when the package size is small, and when the package size is larger than 32, the failure occurs again.

Remedy: Through two contrast adjustments, the possibility of electrical failure is ruled out. When the platform is at its lowest point, adjust the connecting rods of the left and right shelves; make the connecting shaft and the rubber roller contact with each other in advance; when the cover output is found when the test machine is turned on, the solid platform has just fallen to the lowest point, and the cover is not Blocking will occur. Therefore, the commissioning personnel are required not only to know whether the photoelectric switch is working properly, but also to be diligent in observing the equipment, to be able to accurately determine the location of the failure and to resolve it in time.

Failure 2: The book block will open the plastic pot when the cover is not glued or encapsulated

Fault analysis: The two 103 bearings on the big rubber wheel axle on the side of the disc packer are blocked by the aging of the hot melt adhesive, which causes the bearing not to move, so that the large rubber wheel on the side glue pot does not move, and the side glue The system has no power and there is no glue on the side rubber wheel. At this time, the side glue pan is easily knocked open by the book block.

Remedy: Remove the set screw first, then remove the lock mother on the big rubber wheel, remove the retainer, remove the 103 bearing, remove the aging hot melt adhesive residue, replace the bearing under the high temperature seal ring, manual test run Afterwards, reload the original station.

Fault 3: BBY40/5 disc packer

Fault analysis: mainly the loosening of the locating ring on the adjusting screw of the rubber wheel frame of the upper primer device, the chain is driven downwards after the machine runs, causing the height of the bottom rubber wheel to drop, which is inconsistent with the height of the second falling platform, and the first The rubber wheels on the bottom cannot open the book block, causing the glue to be impractical.

Remedy: Loosen the two hexagon socket screws of the U-shaped plate, loosen the adjusting screw, and fix the retaining ring on the adjusting screw according to the thickness of the U-shaped plate. Finally adjust the first rubber on the bottom to 8.5mm from the bottom of the book holder, which is the same as the height of the second book landing platform.
