1. The temperature setting is incorrect
2. The media does not set the paper feed amount correctly.
3. The pressure and balance settings of the print head are incorrect.
4. The path through which the ribbon passes is dirty.
5. The baffle in front of the print head has scratches or dirt.
6. The ribbon is not properly wrapped around the machine
The processing method is as follows
1. Adjust the printing temperature to meet the printing requirements as much as possible
2. Reset the correct paper feed amount of the media
3. Reset the minimum pressure required for printing
4. Clean the path through which the ribbon passes
5. Remove the bezel or replace the bezel
6. Reinstall the media correctly
