In order to receive the task of multicolor printing, first of all, when taking the printing plate, first use a pencil and a ruler to use the principle of two points into a line to cross each side of the cross line (or the center cross line) of each version to the two sides. edge. When printing on the first color version, press the normal edition of the book to print it. Finish printing the first color, then use the ruler and pencil to extend the cross horizontal line leading from the upper plate to the shoulder plate of the plate cylinder to take off the printed version (both shoulders must be cleaned to reduce the error) . In this way, the printed one or more multi-colored version can be tightened according to the horizontal line drawn by the former and the horizontal line drawn by the printing plate. This version saves time and effort and reduces waste, so that the printed color prints are also accurate. If there is a slight error, the front teeth plate can be finely moved. This method can avoid unnecessary troubles such as pulling the plate away from the print job for a long time.
