Japanese Development Rolling Vacuum Filter

Filtration is a necessary process in many food processing and an important operation for the development of new foods. The production efficiency of filters is directly related to the quality and benefits of the products. To this end, Japan developed a continuous rolling vacuum filter.
The filter consists of a filter cartridge, a filter tank, a filter cloth washing tank, a stripping roller, and a ring filter cloth, and also has auxiliary equipment such as a vacuum pump, a filtrate separation tank, a filtrate pump, and a clear water pump. The vacuum filter can be operated automatically. The pressure conveyor belt is used. The filter cloth and the filter cartridge rotate synchronously. After passing through the filter zone and the liquid removal zone to the discharge roller, the small roller floats and peels the filter cloth. The remaining filter is not stripped. The bottle was peeled off by an elastic blade. The filtered filter cake has a low moisture content and can reduce operating costs.
