Q: How about your sample policy ?
A: Currently there are 20 to 30 new prototypes are developed every month. In order that you can get your prototype earlier, please arrange sample payment once sample order is confirmed. All prototypes are planned according to the time of payment. Sample charge can be refunded once your order amount up to a certain level. Usually sample takes 3 to 12 working days. For more details, please check with our Accout Executive.Â
Q: What is your usual payment terms ?
A: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, balance paid before shipment; or L/C at sight.

Maintenance tips
· Do not use any abrasive cleaning agents for cleaning
· Clean the chaise lounge with a damp, soft cloth (you may use a mild cleaning agent) and wipe it dry afterwards
· In case of ceaseless heavy rain or during the winter, the furniture should be stored inside or have a protective cover on it
