I. Overview
The MHY-26775 bacterial turbidity meter is mainly used to measure the turbidity of bacteria. Measure the degree of scattering of light produced by bacteria and quantify the amount of these bacteria.
Two uses
Can be widely used in the pharmaceutical industry, epidemic prevention departments, hospitals and other departments of the measurement of bacterial Meek turbidity.
Three instrument features
1. Microcomputer system configuration, touch keyboard.
2. Large and bright backlit LCD display, which clearly displays the date, time, measured value and unit of measurement, and is not affected by ambient natural light.
3. Built-in clock memory storage system, storing calibration data, can be used for a long time.
4. The unit of measurement for the MHY-26775 bacterial turbidity meter is: MCF. (It is recommended that users do not arbitrarily modify the unit of measurement because other units of measure are converted differently). Our factory turbidity meter series instruments are pre-equipped with a variety of measurement and measurement units such as NTU, EBC, mg/L, %, etc., which can be widely applied to the needs of various industries.
5. Accurate optical system and reliable positioning structure to improve measurement accuracy and repeatability.
6. Long-life high-intensity light source, maintenance-free use time up to 100,000 hours, in line with ISO turbidity measurement standards.

Nine measurement instructions
Measurement preparation:
4. Turn on the working power, turn on the power switch on the back side of the instrument, and warm up the instrument for 1 minute. The display shows “Welcome!†in English and flashes.
After the system is warmed up for 15 seconds, it automatically enters the real-time measurement state, displaying the time, the range, the real-time measurement value and the measurement unit.
example:
5. After gently shaking the sample tube with the sample (be careful not to generate air bubbles), put it into the measuring cell, and try to ensure that the calibration line of the sample bottle should be aligned with the positioning line on the sample holder, and then cover Light-shielding cover.
The instrument automatically displays the turbidity of the sample being measured in real time, and the range and time of the sample.
Note: M1: Abbreviation for the current measurement value in the range of range 1.
0.80: is the current measured value
MCF: is the turbidity unit
If the sample turbidity particles are not uniform, the measured value is unstable. By pressing the average button, the instrument automatically calculates and displays an average value.
Note: A1 is the abbreviation for the average measured value within the range of range 1.
The instrument automatically selects the appropriate range based on the turbidity of the sample being measured.
Press the average button again and the instrument returns to the real-time measurement state.
Ten instrument calibration and parameter setting instructions
The instrument has a calibrated data memory function and generally does not require frequent calibration of the instrument.
Prepare the sterile distilled water for zero calibration and prepare the calibration turbidity standard solution before calibration.
First, start, warm up
Turn on the working power, turn on the power switch on the back side of the instrument, and warm up the instrument. The display shows “Welcome!†in English and flashes.

Eleven measurement techniques
In order to obtain accurate turbidity measurements, in addition to the excellent quality of the instrument itself, it also depends on the laboratory technician's good operational skills and serious and rigorous work attitude. If you use clean sample bottles, the correct method of operation, and ensure the working conditions of the instrument, the measured results will be more accurate.
a, the sample bottle must be cleaned very cleanly to avoid scratches and scratches. The inside and outside of the sample bottle were washed with a laboratory detergent, then repeatedly rinsed with distilled water, and dried in a dust-free dry box. If it is used for a long time, it can be soaked in dilute hydrochloric acid for two hours, and finally rinsed repeatedly with distilled water. Only take the upper part of the bottle when taking the sample bottle to avoid fingerprints entering the light path.
c. Very accurate preparation of the Maid turbidity standard solution is an important technique for turbidity measurement. Ensure that the calculation is correct, pay attention to each step of preparing the standard solution, shake the stock solution evenly, and accurately pipette to reduce the preparation error. The Mai's turbidity standard can be purchased directly.
d. When measuring, not only the cleaning of the sample bottle but also the consistency of the measurement position should be considered. The scale line of the bottle should be aligned with the sample holder positioning line and need to be covered with a light-shielding cover to avoid stray light effects.
Twelve maintenance and overhaul
maintain:
Proper measurement and regular maintenance can effectively extend the life of the instrument.
1. In case of long-term deactivation, it should be pre-heated for a period of time to facilitate the removal of moisture in the machine.
2. During storage and transportation, avoid high temperature and low temperature and humidity to prevent damage to the optical system and electrical components inside the instrument.
