Precautions for use
start up
1.1 If the machine is shut down for 2-8 hours, the external cold water must be operated for 10 minutes first, and the internal cold water must be operated for 5 minutes. If the machine is stopped for more than 8 hours, the external cold water must be operated for 15 minutes, and the internal cold water must be operated for 10 minutes.
1.2 The boot sequence is to open the outside cold water
1.3 Turn on the COOLER switch
1.4 Turn on the CTROL and VACUUM switches (check if the vacuum level drops below 10 and observe if the conductivity of the internal cooling water is below 10)
1.5 Open HEATER
1.6 Open the board high voltage switch
1.7 Turn on the computer, open the MXF operating software, click on Monitor, observe the status and check if it is online.
1.8 After everything is normal, open the X-RAY switch on the lower right of the panel.
1.9 Click the X-RAY ON button on the upper left of the panel to open the X-ray--(5KV-0mA)--(10KV-mA)--(15KV-0mA)--(20KV-0mA)--(20KV-5mA )--(20KV-10mA) sequentially increases tube flow and tube pressure. If the machine is stopped for 2-8 hours, then each step needs to wait for 10 minutes; if the machine is stopped for more than 8 hours, then each step needs to wait for 20 minutes.
1.10 Click Maintenance field - pop-up Maintenance-MXF - click Inrument Setup, pop up the Instrument Setup, press the tube under the X-ray, and the flow field, set the two items to (30, 20), click Execute. The light pipe condition is restored to the standby state, and a normal analysis operation can be performed.
Shut down
Under normal voltage conditions, if you need to perform shutdown debugging or other work, you can perform normal shutdown work.
2.1 Standby state is 30KV tube pressure and 20mA tube flow. If you need to shut down, you can click on the Maintenance field - pop-up Maintenance-MXF - click on the Instrument Setup, pop up the Instrument Setup - in the tube under the X-ray, in the flow field, press the two (20, 10) - ( 20, 0) - (10, 0) - (0, 0) to reduce, and finally to 0.
2.2 When the tube pressure and tube flow are all 0, the shutdown operation can be performed. Turn the X-RAY on the panel to OFF
2.3 Turn off the lower X-RAY switch
2.4 Turn off HEATER
2.5 Close plate high voltage switch
2.6 Turn off the CONSOLE, VACUUM switch
2.7 Turn off the MXF operating software on the computer and turn off the computer.
2.8 If it is necessary to close the internal circulating water, wait 5 minutes, then close the internal circulating water, if not necessary, do not close - if it is necessary to close the external circulating water, wait 10 minutes after closing the external circulating water, if not necessary , it does not close.
2.9 Turn off the power distribution box switch to completely power off the instrument and perform maintenance inspection.
