4.1 Test principle
The equipment is designed using the positive pressure test principle, that is, the gas pressure inside the sample is greater than the outside. By filling a certain amount of gas into the sample package and monitoring the pressure change in the package in real time until the package is broken, the pressure value tested at this time is the burst pressure of the package, or the gas is filled into the sample to the inside of the sample. Specify the pressure and then place the sample in water or otherwise check the sample for leaks. In either case, under the impact of the gas inside the package, the weaker part of the package first breaks or leaks, so the position where the package is weak or weak can be inferred from the position where the package is broken or leaked. .

5, the test steps
(1) Using the puncture head to form a circular hole on the surface of the packaging bag, use a double-sided tape to cover the sealing hole on the formed circular hole, so that the center position of the sealing pad coincides with the circular hole, and carefully care the probe of the device. 6, test results
A total of 3 bags of samples were tested in this test. The burst pressures of the samples were 40.5 KPa, 41.8 KPa, and 40.7 KPa, respectively, and both broke at the side seal of the sample.
