The latest version of air quality detector usage and standards

The indoor air quality detector can simultaneously detect the pollution caused by the decoration of the instrument: formaldehyde, benzene, toluene, xylene, ammonia, TVOC, etc., which realizes the semi-quantitative realization of formaldehyde in the indoor air quickly, with simple structure and small volume. Easy to carry and intuitive. It can be widely used for on-site quantitative and qualitative detection of formaldehyde in the air in living rooms, indoors, residential areas, public places, living places and factories and mines. The portable indoor air formaldehyde on-site detector is designed according to the principle of GB/T18204.26-2000 "Phenol reagent colorimetric method for determination of formaldehyde in air in public places".

Instrument scope:

Applicable to supervision, monitoring agencies, governance companies, decoration and decoration companies, construction companies, workshops and mines, but also for scientific research, teaching, and laboratories.

The instrument is suitable for use in places, offices, hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, etc. The instrument is beautiful in appearance and easy to carry, suitable for on-site use.

How to use the instrument:

First, through the instrument can use the detection tube to easily detect the content of six indoor sewage gases, you can detect any of them as needed.

1. Use a sandpaper to apply a slight force to cut the ends of the tube.

2. Cover the end of the arrow on the test tube with a silicone tube sleeve, cut it along the cutting mark, and cut the other end in the same way.

3. Cover the end of the arrow on the test tube with a silicone tube sleeve (to prevent air leakage) and insert it into the gas passage port to be marked (slightly tightened). Pay attention to the directionality, and the direction of the arrow represents the direction in which the gas flows.

4. After inserting the test tubes of several items to be tested according to the above methods, turn on the power, turn on the main power switch, the main power indicator lights, and check that the voltmeter is still normal.

5. Adjust the time controller corresponding to the required test gas to meet the specifications. Turn on the switch of the item to be detected, the corresponding indicator light is on, and the corresponding detection item starts to detect.

6. At the end of the test, turn off the power, gently press the blue ferrule on the gas passage port with one hand, and pull out the test tube with the other hand.

7. Hold the detector tube down and place it perpendicular to the ground at a position that is substantially uneven from the gaze. Observe the scale of the color change on the tube, which is the concentration of the gas being tested. Indoor air quality detector serial number and its manufacturer

Indoor testing rules and standards

rule

1.0.4 Civil construction projects are classified into the following two categories according to the different requirements for controlling indoor environmental pollution:

1. Class I civil construction projects: residential buildings, hospitals, old buildings, kindergartens, school classrooms and other civil construction projects;

2. Class II civil construction projects: office buildings, shops, hotels, cultural and entertainment venues, bookstores, libraries, exhibition halls, gymnasiums, public transportation and other government rooms, restaurants, barber shops and other civil construction projects.

6.0.11 When accepting civil construction projects, the concentration of indoor environmental pollutants in representative rooms shall be sampled. The number of sampling inspection shall not be less than 5% and shall not be less than 3; when the total number of rooms is less than 3, all shall be tested.

6.0.12 When the civil construction project is accepted, if the concentration of indoor environmental pollutants in the sample room is tested and the test results are qualified, the number of random inspections shall be halved and not less than three.

6.0.13 When the civil construction project is accepted, the indoor environmental pollutant concentration detection point shall be set according to the room area:

1. When the room usage area is less than 50m2, set one detection point;

2. When the room usage area is less than 50~100m2, set 2 detection points;

3. When the room usage area is greater than 100m2, set 3~5 detection points.

6.0.14 When there are 2 or more detection points in the room, the average value of the detection results of each point should be taken as the detection value of the room.

6.0.15 When the civil construction project is accepted, the on-site detection point of the concentration of environmental pollutants shall be not less than 0.5m from the inner wall surface and 0.8~1.5m from the floor height of the building. The detection points should be evenly distributed to avoid air passages and vents.

Air quality standards:

Appendix A of Indoor Air Quality Standard (GB/T 18883-2002)

A.1 Scope?

This appendix specifies the selection requirements, sampling time and frequency, sampling methods and instruments, inspection methods for various parameters in indoor air, quality assurance measures, test results and evaluations during indoor air monitoring. ?

A.2 Selection requirements?

A.2.1 Number of sampling points: The number of sampling points is determined according to the size of the monitoring room and the situation on site, so as to correctly reflect the level of indoor air pollutants. In principle, rooms with less than 50m2 should have (1~3) points; 50m2~100m2 should have (3~5) points; at least 5 points above 100m2. Evenly distributed on the diagonal or plum.

A.2.2 The sampling point should avoid the vent, and the distance from the wall should be greater than 0.5m. ?

A.2.3 Height of the sampling point: in principle, consistent with the height of the human breathing zone. The relative height is between 0.5m and 1.5m.

A.3 Sampling time and frequency?

The annual average concentration is sampled for at least 3 months, the daily average concentration is sampled for at least 18 hours, the average concentration for 8 hours is sampled for at least 6 hours, and the average concentration for 1 hour is sampled for at least 45 minutes. The sampling time should cover the worst ventilation period. ?

A.4 Sampling methods and sampling instruments?

According to the state of the pollutants in the indoor air, the appropriate sampling method and instrument should be selected, and the noise of the sampler used in the room should be less than 50dB (A). The specific sampling method shall be carried out according to the methods and operating procedures specified in the respective pollutant inspection methods.

A.4.1 Screening method sampling: close the door and window 12h before sampling, close the door and window when sampling, and sample at least 45min. ?

A.4.2 Cumulative method sampling: When the sampling method is used to meet the requirements of this standard, it must be sampled by the accumulation method (according to the annual average, daily average, and 8h average).

A.5 Quality Assurance Measures?

A.5.1 Air tightness check: The power sampler shall check the airtightness of the sampling system before sampling, and shall not leak air. ?

A.5.2 Flow calibration: The flow rate of the sampling system should be kept constant. The sampling system intake flow rate should be calibrated with a first-grade soap meter before and after sampling, and the error should not exceed 5%. Sampler flow calibration: Under normal use of the sampler, calibrate the scale of the sampler flowmeter with a first-grade soap meter, calibrate 5 points, and plot the flow standard curve. Record the atmospheric pressure and temperature at the time of calibration. ?

A.5.3 Blank inspection: In a batch of on-site sampling, two sampling tubes should be left unsampled and treated as other sample tubes. As a blank test during the sampling process, if the blank inspection exceeds the control range, the batch is invalid. .

A.5.4 Before using the instrument, the instrument should be inspected and calibrated according to the instrument manual. ?

A.5.5 When calculating the concentration, apply the following formula to convert the sample volume to the volume under standard conditions:

In the formula:?

V0--converted to the sampling volume in the standard state, L;?

V--sampling volume, L;?

T0--the absolute temperature of the standard state, 273 K;

T--the sum of the temperature (t) of the sampling point at the sampling point and the absolute temperature of the standard state, (t+273)K;

P0--atmospheric pressure under standard conditions, 101.3 kPa;

P--the atmospheric pressure of the sampling point at the time of sampling, kPa. ?

A.5.6 For each parallel sampling, the relative deviation of the difference between the measurements and the average is not more than 20%.
