2015 is a leap year for the informationization level of Longdu Central Primary School. The rural primary and secondary school information upgrading project in Nanjing is implemented in our school. This project mainly includes basic network construction, wireless hotspot coverage, and broadcasting system upgrade and upgrade. With the construction of remote interactive recording and broadcasting classrooms, the first three items belong to the basic items of the protection category, while for rural schools, the recording and broadcasting classrooms are relatively high-end items.
I. Planning and design
When we learned that we would like to select the school construction recording and broadcasting classrooms of all the conditions in the first batch of project schools of the agricultural project, the leaders of our school attached great importance. According to the requirements of the Nanjing Education Equipment and Work-study Office (hereinafter referred to as the “City Equipment Officeâ€), the construction area of ​​the recording and broadcasting classrooms should be between 80m2 and 110m2, and a certain space is needed to establish a viewing room. However, the school premises of our school are not optimistic. Although there are two new and old teaching buildings, the old teaching building is used for a long time and the classroom area is small. The so-called new building was also completed and put into use in 2006. Although the 92m2 classroom area is fully compliant with the building standards, all classrooms are in use and there are no spare classrooms.
The school leaders held several meetings and discussions on the recording and classroom construction project, and organized relevant leaders to visit and study in the schools where the recording and broadcasting classrooms have been built. Finally, the existing art classrooms and labor union activity rooms were moved to the old teaching buildings. A total area of ​​120m2 was vacated to build recording and broadcasting classrooms and observation rooms. A classroom with an area of ​​92 m2 is used as a recording classroom, and the remaining space is used as a viewing room.
Second, construction and equipment
The recording and recording classroom built by our school in this project is a remote interactive automatic recording and broadcasting classroom. The so-called remote interactive type is based on the educational metropolitan area network built by the Jiangning District Education Bureau. It connects the video terminals in all education systems in the whole district and can realize the interaction between the school and the school at any time. Fully automatic means that during the entire recording process, only the teacher presses the start button and the end button, and no manual intervention is required to complete the recording of one lesson.
The construction process of the entire recording and broadcasting classroom consists of two parts:
1. Early wiring and decoration. The early wiring and decoration is the basis for the smooth completion of the entire project. If there is no good wiring, then there will be endless troubles. All the decoration and wiring of our school are based on the construction standards of the recording and broadcasting classrooms issued by the Municipal Equipment Office, and combined with the actual situation of our school for design and construction. The decoration of the recording and broadcasting classroom is not an ordinary decoration. It must conform to the acoustic design. The decoration includes: sea cleaning cloth sound absorption wall, partition wall (including observation window), floor glue, lighting,
The mineral wool board ceilings, curtain fabrics, etc. are also constructed in strict accordance with the standards of the Municipal Equipment Office.
2. Equipment is equipped. The equipment consists of two parts: the recording system and the multimedia teaching system.
(1) Recording and broadcasting system equipment includes: embedded recording and broadcasting host; automatic tracking system; HD PTZ IP camera; MIC for sound pickup; 55-inch LCD TV (interactive); 49-inch LCD TV (viewing room);
(2) Multimedia teaching system equipment includes: teaching computer (touch screen); 80-inch touch-one machine; multi-function snapshot device.
Third, the function introduction
The fully automatic recording system is a powerful course recording and live broadcast device with various functions such as recording, live broadcast, on-demand, guide, storage and tracking. The recording studio is used to record the entire course and record sounds, images and computer screens at the same time. And through the education metropolitan area network for remote live broadcast, to achieve remote interaction with other schools in the region and many other functions.
The functions of the recording classroom are as follows:
1. Course recording function. The course recording function is the most basic function of the recording classroom. The screens of the teachers, students and computer screens in the classroom are recorded as videos, and all the sounds are recorded and saved through the microphone, which is convenient for later review and production editing.
2. Editing function. By editing and integrating the multi-channel audio and video files recorded during the course, you can add subtitles, music, etc. to achieve the desired effect of the teachers.
3. Automatic tracking and positioning. During the course of the class, the pre-set object is tracked and moved, and the position of the camera is moved, so that the situation of empty picture, empty lens, picture shaking, and poor picture is effectively avoided.
4. Automatic switching of the scene. In the fully automatic recording mode, the corresponding screens of different objects are switched according to a preset program to achieve the purpose of displaying the entire teaching process from multiple angles. In particular, the teacher's blackboard and the interaction between teachers and students are more elaborate, making the recording more vivid.
5. Webcast interactive. All courses offered in the recording classroom can be viewed online through the network, and questions, comments and real-time interactions can be made on the live platform. It is also possible to realize multi-school interconnection, network teaching and research and video conferencing.
Fourth, the practical application
The school recording and broadcasting classroom is mainly used for the review of the course, the production and broadcasting of the teacher's teaching video, and the live broadcast of the network remote teaching and research activities. Our recording and recording classroom is mainly used for:
1. The production of quality courseware. The school can produce relatively fine courseware through the recording classroom without professional recording equipment, and the operation is simple.
2. Network teaching and research. The leaders and teachers of other schools can watch the teaching and research courses in the recording and broadcasting classrooms of our school through the live broadcast platform, and can exchange and discuss in the live broadcast platform, which plays the role of network teaching and research. Traditional teaching and research often convene teachers from schools in various localities to concentrate on one school to attend classes, and the students who attend classes will have a certain impact on the teachers and students in the class. With the remote interactive recording and broadcasting system, teachers who are attending classes can conduct online teaching and research in any place with a network and express their opinions.
3. School teaching and research. Classroom is an imperfect art, and every class will be flawed. When there was no recording classroom in the past, the teacher could not accurately know the inadequacies of this lesson or even the mistakes made inadvertently after completing the class. He could not understand the questions raised by others during the class evaluation. . With the recording and broadcasting system, teachers can visually and truly see their teaching behaviors, understand each teaching link in the classroom, and better examine themselves and find out the deficiencies, so as to find a solution to the problem.
