The second type is Coat-Carbon Paper. Generally, the hot-melt ink is directly printed on the back side of the base paper after being melted on a carbon-coated and printing machine. The front side is printed on the surface, and the carbon is printed and printed once. In order to save carbon ink, carbon is usually applied only in places where numbers or characters are used for filling, so it is also called partial carbon coated paper. The requirements for base paper and carbon ink are higher during production. The basis weight of the base paper is generally 35-45g/m2, and it is required to have high opacity and smoothness. The pH of the base paper should also be related to the PH value of the hot melt carbon ink. Matching, at the same time requires the carbon coating surface of the base paper to have strong oil and carburization resistance, but it can not affect the absorption of the ink on the printing surface. For the inspection of the carbon coating effect, it can be judged by checking the brightness of the carbon coating, the edge tidying, and whether the printing surface has a carbon ink penetration point and a layer resolution of the overwriting. Carbon-coated paper seems to stick the carbon paper on the back side of the paper. The principle of color development is similar to that of ordinary carbon paper, but it solves the trouble of the liner, and can automatically multi-code and match the pages. It is a common copy paper. Great progress has been widely used in finance, taxation, postal, aviation, rental transportation and commerce. However, due to the fact that carbon-coated papers are not clear and have defects such as pollution, they have not made much progress over the years, and the scope of application has been shrinking. At present, the domestic consumption is only a few thousand tons. However, international air tickets are still a special liking for high-grade carbon-coated paper, and other carbon papers are irreplaceable.
