Trademarks and goods packaging and decoration are also closely linked, there are essential differences. Trademarks are adjusted by the "Trademark Law," while decoration is adjusted by the "Unfair Competition Law" and the "Patent Law." The use of a registered trademark cannot be arbitrarily changed; however, the design can be arbitrarily changed.
